Scaling over the years
For most of my life, I wasn’t confident.
I second-guessed myself, undercharged, and thought working harder was the only way to grow. The idea of raising my rates or taking risks felt terrifying, until the pain of staying stuck became bigger than the fear of trying.
I finally scaled my business when I took charge of my future and invested in the right areas at the right time. I outsourced help to build my confidence, I brought on a mentor who gave me the clarity I needed to see the red flags in my business that I was too busy to se, building my confidence on not only running my business but in directing it to where I want it to go. That confidence gave me the courage to get uncomfortable, to take risks, and to trust that I would figure it out along the way. And you know what? That choice changed everything. I left my tech job, built my photography business from the ground up, and within four years I had scaled to multiple six figures.
