Getting Ready at the Fairmont Hotel San Francisco
Rosely got ready in a light-filled suite at the Fairmont San Francisco. She was surrounded by her closest loved ones while @gracelinmakeup worked her magic to create a soft, glowing bridal look. The morning felt calm and intentional. It was the perfect prelude to a day full of joy and beauty.
Personal Details & A Chic Reception at Gallery 308
The reception took place at Gallery 308, a waterfront venue known for its panoramic Bay views and industrial-chic charm. The space, styled by @ourlovelanguage, felt refined yet deeply personal. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect the couple’s story.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed signature drinks and passed bites while soaking in the view. It offered the perfect transition from ceremony to celebration. One of the most playful touches? A display of custom fortune cookies, honoring Rosely and Evan’s love for small, joyful surprises.
Reception tables were styled with rentals from @standardeventrentals, including modern chairs, clean tabletop pieces, and neutral-toned linens. @laoliviasf’s garden-inspired florals added softness, creating a perfect balance of modern and romantic design.
Dinner, catered by @michi_life, featured a seasonal, elevated menu that delighted guests. The couple later cut into a custom cake by @pastryatelier_pq , an artful creation that was both beautiful and delicious.
As the sun set, the room glowed in soft amber tones. The energy shifted, emotional speeches led to heartfelt tears and laughter. Soon after, the dance floor came alive, thanks to @paul_stylez. A fun photo booth added even more laughter and unforgettable moments.
Every element from cocktail hour to the final dance was a reflection of Rosely and Evan’s story. It was a modern, meaningful celebration full of love and intention. I’m so honored I got to capture it.
